You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.
Changes to Terms
The Journal reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The Journal will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Journal's website. What constitutes a material change will be determined at the Journal's sole discretion.
