Author Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in submitting to our journal. Please follow these guidelines carefully to ensure your manuscript meets our requirements.

1 Manuscript Preparation

Document Format
  • Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx)
  • A4 paper size (210 × 297 mm)
  • 1 inch (2.54 cm) margins on all sides
  • Double-spaced text throughout
Sample Paper Format
Typography
  • Times New Roman, 12-point font
  • Section headings: 12-point bold
  • Subsection headings: 12-point bold
  • Page numbers in footer, as per the sample paper format

2 Paper Structure

Title Page
  • Concise, informative title (15 words max)
  • Author names and affiliations
  • Corresponding author details with email
Abstract & Keywords
  • Abstract: 250 words maximum
  • Structured with background, methods, results, conclusion
  • Keywords: 4-6 relevant terms
Introduction
  • Clear statement of the problem
  • Relevance and significance of the research
  • Research objectives and hypotheses
Literature Review
  • Comprehensive review of relevant literature
  • Critical analysis of existing research
  • Identification of research gaps
Methodology
  • Detailed description of research methods
  • Data collection procedures
  • Analysis techniques
  • Ethical considerations
Results & Discussion
  • Clear presentation of findings
  • Use of tables, figures, and graphs
  • Interpretation of results
  • Comparison with existing literature
Conclusion
  • Summary of key findings
  • Implications for theory and practice

  • Follow IEEE citation style
  • Include DOI when available
  • Ensure all citations in text appear in references

3 Reference Style

The journal follows IEEE citation style. Please ensure all references are formatted correctly:

4 Figures and Tables

Figures
  • High resolution (300 dpi minimum)
  • Accepted formats: TIFF, PNG, JPEG
  • Numbered consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2)
  • Clear, descriptive captions below figures
Tables
  • Created using Word's table function
  • Numbered consecutively (Table 1, Table 2)
  • Descriptive title above each table
  • Notes and abbreviations explained below table

5 Submission Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript, please ensure you have prepared the following items:

Figures High-resolution images, each in a separate file
Tables Properly formatted tables with titles and notes
Cover Letter Brief introduction of your paper and its significance
Copyright Form Signed copyright transfer agreement
Author Information Complete details of all authors including ORCID IDs
Ethical Statement Declaration of any conflicts of interest and ethical approvals
